Welcome to High Class Flair Extensions. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.


1. General Use

  • This website is operated by HighClassFlair. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to HighClassFlair.

  • By accessing or purchasing through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.


2. Pre-Order Policy

  • All online orders are processed as pre-orders. This means your item is not immediately available for shipment. Each order is placed directly with our vendors after your purchase.

  • Orders are submitted to our vendors once a week to reduce shipping and processing fees.

    • Orders placed Monday–Friday will be submitted to vendors on Friday at 5 PM EST.

    • Orders placed after the cutoff will be included in the following week’s vendor order.


3.  Processing & Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: Once vendor orders are submitted (Fridays), it typically takes 3–5 business days for us to receive the product from our vendors.

  • Shipping Time (to you): After we receive your order, please allow an additional 3–7 business days for delivery, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Total Estimated Timeline: 7–12 business days from order placement to delivery.

  • Please note: Holidays, vendor delays, or shipping carrier issues may extend processing or shipping times.


4.  On-Hand Inventory & Local Pickup

  • Limited on-hand inventory is available exclusively for local in-store pickup customers.

  • Local pickup orders must be collected within 10 days of purchase. Uncollected items may be restocked or cancelled at our discretion.



5. Shipping & Processing

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

  • Once an order has been placed with our vendors, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

HighClassFlair is not responsible for delays caused by vendors, carriers, customs, or natural events.


6.  Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our products (hair extensions and beauty items), all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days of receiving your order, along with photo proof, to be eligible for review.


7.  Payments

  • All payments must be completed at checkout.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.


8.  Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, belongs to HighClassFlair and may not be used without permission.

 


 


9. Limitation of Liability

  • HighClassFlair is not responsible for damages, losses, or delays once products leave our facility.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.


10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
