1. Are all online orders pre-order?

Yes! All online orders are processed as pre-orders. This means your item isn’t stocked in our salon — we order it directly from our vendors after you place your purchase.

2. When are vendor orders placed?

We submit vendor orders once a week on Fridays at 5 PM EST.

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday are included in that week’s order.
  • Orders placed after Friday 5 PM EST will be included in the next week’s vendor order.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Our estimated timeline is:

  • Vendor Processing: 3–5 business days after we submit our weekly vendor order.
  • Shipping to You: 3–7 business days once we receive your order.
    Total Estimated Timeline: 7–12 business days from the time you place your order.

Please note that holidays, vendor delays, or shipping carrier issues may extend this timeframe.

4. Do you have items in stock for immediate pickup?

Yes! We keep limited on-hand inventory in our salon for local pickup customers only. If you’d like to pick up your order right away, please check our local stock availability.

5. Can I cancel or change my order after purchase?

Because all online orders are processed as pre-orders, they cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted to our vendors. Please double-check your selections before completing the checkout.

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products (hair extensions and beauty items), all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days with photo proof.

7. What if my order is delayed?

We’ll keep you updated if there are any delays from our vendors or shipping carriers. Once items are shipped, we’ll provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
